About Me

I’m Amanda, a licensed therapist and certified coach passionate about helping people move from overwhelm and burnout to clarity, confidence, and fulfillment. Over the years, I’ve seen how much people struggle with the demands of modern life. It can be overwhelming balancing work, family, and personal growth. This often leaves little room for well-being, and many people end up feeling stuck or playing it small. That’s why I offer two distinct paths of support: therapy for healing challenges like anxiety, depression, and self-doubt, and coaching for forward-focused growth, confidence, and performance. No matter which path you choose, my approach blends compassion with practical strategies you can apply right away. Beyond working one-on-one, I also partner with organizations to lead workshops, retreats, and staff trainings on reducing burnout, managing stress, and building healthier, more productive workplaces.
